甲状腺CT值替代甲状腺摄131I率在131I治疗Graves病中的剂量计算(1)

[摘要] 目的：通过对Graves病(GD)患者甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率间关系研究，进一步探讨二者能否在131I治疗剂量计算公式中互换。方法：对105例GD患者甲状腺CT值和甲状腺摄131I率等相关资料进行分组，计算平均值，行多元方差分析，通过Logit变换、双变量相关分析，推导甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率间关系式，再将此关系式带入GD患者131I治疗用药剂量计算公式进行实际应用检验，将计算结果与实际用药量做对照。结果：①甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率和甲状腺重量呈负相关。②多元方差分析甲状腺CT值与摄131I率间具有相关性，K-S检验服从正态分布。并经推导获二者关系式：X=exp(a+b×CT值)/[1+exp(a+b×CT值)]，a=4.331 8，b=-0.033 6，差异有高度统计学意义(F=51.071，P=0<0.01)。应用检验，其计算结果与实际用药量对比，相对误差绝对值及绝对误差绝对值均<5%，其误差在允许范围内。结论：二者间存在很好相关性，并在一定范围内可相互替换。

[Abstract] Objective: To research the relationship between CT value of thyroid and thyroid 131I intake rate in the treatment of patients with Graves disease (GD), and then discuss whether they can be interchanged between the thyroid 131I uptake rate and CT value in dose calculation formula of 131I of Graves disease.
