[摘要] 目的：探讨综合性护理干预对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法：将90例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。两组在一般药物治疗的基础上，观察组采用综合性护理干预方法，对照组仅进行常规的护理，治疗6个月后，对两组患者采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-100)评定患者的精神状态和生活质量。结果：观察组和对照组干预前PANSS总分[(51.30±10.17)分vs(51.16±10.57)分]比较，差异无统计学意义(t=0.15，P>0.05)；干预后，两组一般病理症状评分[(12.58±5.26)分vs(13.24±6.12)分]比较，差异无统计学意义(t=0.76，P>0.05)，其他指标比较，差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预前，观察组和对照组GQOLI-100评分总分[(12.16±3.41)分vs(11.85±3.15)分]比较，差异无统计学意义(t=0.12，P>0.05)；干预后，两组物质生活态度评分[(52.14±7.78)分vs(51.84±8.41)分]比较，差异无统计学意义(t=3.88，P>0.05)，其他指标比较，差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论：综合性护理干预有助于改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状及提高其生活质量，值得在临床护理中应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect on quality of life of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia. Methods: 90 patients with schizophrenia were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). On the basis of the drugs, the observation group were used the comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group were used conventional nursing. After treatment of 6 months, PANSS and GQOL-100 was used to assess the efficacy of the two groups. Results: Before intervention, the total scores of PANSS [(51.30±10.17) scores vs (51.16±10.57) scores] showed no difference (t=0.15, P>0.05), after intervention, pathology symptom scores [(12.58±5.26) scores vs (13.24±6.12) scores] showed no difference between two groups (t=0.76, P>0.05), but there were significant differences on other indexes in the two groups (all P<0.01).
