[摘要] 医院文化决定了人的思维模式和空间，也由此界定了医院发展的核心竞争力，更决定着一个医院能否赢得百姓的信任。本文结合医药卫生体制改革的新形势、现要求，论述了医院文化建设的必要性和紧迫性，提出了医院文化建设需要管理者的文化自觉，并结合地坛医院实际论述了文化建设成败的关键在于理念是否得到落实，同时就如何有效的建设医院文化进行了深入的思考。

    [Abstract] Hospital culture determines staffs' thinking mode and deepness, also determines the core-competitiveness of the hospital and the confidence of patients. According to the present new situation of structural reform of medical system, this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of cultural construction in hospital and raises the opinion that hospital culture construction requires culture consciousness of manager. Meanwhile, this paper expounds that practicable idea is the key to the cultural construction and deeply thinking of how to construct hospital culture effectively in this paper. ......
