[摘要] 目的：探讨负压封闭式引流(vacuum sealing drainage，VSD)治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤的方法和疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的60例深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿。采用随机抽取法平均分为两组，对照组行烧伤常规治疗，实验组加用VSD。随访1~2个月，检测两组患者治疗前后的血常规变化、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、瘢痕组织生长和不良预后情况。结果：随访期间两组比较，治疗后实验组血常规优于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗后实验组患者的创面愈合率[(76.5±4.8)%]、创面愈合时间[(18.9±2.6)d]、瘢痕生长率(10.0%)、不良反应发生率(10.0%)均优于对照组[(67.8±4.1)%、(23.9±2.8)d、33.3%、36.7%]，差异有统计学意义(t=2.223、2.038，χ2=4.81、5.96，均P<0.05)。结论：早期行联合治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿可有效改善其血液循环，增加创面愈合率，减少创面愈合时间，减少瘢痕组织生长和不良预后。

Efficacy evaluation of vacuum sealing drainage in treating pediatric deep second degree burn

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the method and efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of pediatric deep second degree burn. Methods: 60 cases with deep second degree burn in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (treated by conventional therapy) and experiment group(treated by VSD). The routine blood tests, healing rate and time of wounds, growth of scar tissue and poor prognosis were evaluated before the treatment and 1-2 months after treatment. Results: After treatment, the changes of routine blood tests in the experiment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.01); the healing rate of wounds, healing time, scar tissue growth rate and the incidence rate of poor prognosis of the experiment group were (76.5±4.8)%, (18.9±2.6)d, 10.0%, 10.0% respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group[(67.8±4.1)%, (23.9±2.8)d, 33.3%, 36.7%], and the differences of these four indicators were statistical (t=2.223, 2.038, χ2=4.81, 5.96, all P<0.05). Conclusion: Early combination treatment of pediatric deep second degree burn can effectively improve the blood circulation, increase the healing rate of wounds, shorten the healing time, decrease the growth of scar tissue and the poor prognosis ......
