[摘要] 目的：探讨首次怀孕精神病患者孕产期心理情况，分析心理干预对心理情况的影响。方法：将200例首次怀孕精神病患者分为治疗组与对照组，各100例，治疗组采用对怀孕精神病患者给予积极的咨询与指导等心理干预措施，对照组未进行指导干预。结果：两组干预前SAS、SDS得分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而干预后两组SAS、SDS得分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组干预后焦虑与抑郁缓解情况明显好于对照组。结论：对首次怀孕精神病患者实行有效的心理干预，能使孕妇的负性情绪得以宣泄，有利于减轻孕妇的焦虑和抑郁情绪，减少病情复发，值得推广应用。

Psychological analysis and intervention of first pregnancy psychiatric patients on pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the psychological conditions of first pregnancy psychiatric patients, and to analyze the psychological intervention on pregnancy and the emotional impact of the disease. Methods: 200 patients with first pregnancy psychiatric patients were divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases), the treatment group were given a positive pregnancy advice and guidance, and other psychological interventions,the control group did not interfere. Results: The differece of SAS, SDS score before intervention in the two groups was no significant (P>0.05), but there was a significant difference after intervention in the two groups. Anxiety and depression in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion: The effective psychological intervention for the first pregnancy psychiatric patients can make the pregnant women vent negative emotions and reduce anxiety and depression, and reduce the relapse of the disease, it is worthy of promotion and application.

精神病患者是社会中的弱势群体，而处于孕产期的精神病患者更是其中特殊的一群，她们在孕产期承受着比正常孕妇更多的心理压力，如妊娠期病情复发或加重，服用精神类药物对胎儿的影响，精神病对胎儿的遗传倾向以及能够得到的社会支持等。精神病患者孕产期的保健直接关系到优生和人口素质的提高。为此，本文具体探讨了首次怀孕精神病患者孕产期心理情况及干预方法和效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取广东省江门市新会区沙堤医院2010年1月～2011年6月住院、门诊或社区治疗的首次怀孕精神病患者(均已婚)200例 ......
