中西医结合治疗脂肪肝68例分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。 方法 将133例脂肪肝患者分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组。西医治疗组65例，给予多烯磷脂胆碱胶囊、熊去氧胆酸片和维生素E胶丸口服。中西医结合治疗组68例，在西医治疗方案的基础上按中医辨证分型处方给予中药汤剂口服。疗程均为12周。对比分析两组治疗前后肝酶、血脂及超声影像学的改变及临床疗效。 结果 同组治疗后与治疗前相比，肝酶、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及超声影像学均较治疗前明显改善(P < 0.01)；治疗后两组相比，中医医结合治疗组肝酶、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)改善更为显著(P < 0.01)。治疗后超声影像学改变达到正常和轻度超声显像者，中西医结合治疗组有48例，西医治疗组有34例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。西医治疗组总有效率为83.08%，中西结合治疗组总有效率为94.12%，疗效明显优于西医治疗组(P < 0.05)。 结论 在西医治疗的基础上结合中药方剂辨证施治更有利于肝细胞内脂质的代谢清除，有利于肝功能恢复改善。

Analysis on integration of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of 68 patients with fatty liver

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integration of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods 133 patients with fatty liver were divided into the Western medicine treatment group and integration of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. The 65 patients of the Western medicine treatment group were given oral administration of Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline Capsules, Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets and Vitamin E Capsules. The 68 patients in the integration of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine Decoction in line with the TCM syndrome differentiation principle base on the Western medicine treatment group. The treatment courses of two groups were 12 weeks. Change of liver enzymes, blood lipids and ultrasound imaging after treatment and also the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed.
