[摘要] 本文就近年来文献报道在结核性胸膜炎治疗中如何使用糖皮质激素及胸腔抽液的方法、胸腔内不同药物注射后与对照组效果分析、包裹性积液的介入治疗和营养支持治疗以及免疫疗法在该病治疗的最新进展做一探讨，以期提高结核性胸膜炎的治愈率。
