正交设计优选碎米糖化液的脱色工艺(1)

     [摘要] 目的 优选碎米糖化液脱色的最佳工艺条件。 方法 以活性炭为脱色剂,在单因素基础上进行正交试验,对碎米糖化液进行活性炭用量、加热温度和脱色时间等因素的考察,以葡萄糖保留率和脱色率为指标,选择最佳工艺。 结果 碎米糖化液活性炭脱色的最佳工艺为:糖化液加入3%的活性炭后,在70℃下脱色40 min。 结论 本文所建立的脱色工艺简单可行,可为进一步制备注射用葡萄糖的脱色工艺研究提供实验依据。

    [Abstract] Objective To optimize the decoloring technology conditions of saccharification liquid from broken rice. Methods Taking the active carbon as decoloring agents, the orthogonal experiments was performed on the single factor basis, with the purpose of investigation in the active carbon dosage, heating temperature and decoloring time of saccharification liquid from broken rice, glucose reserve rate and the decoloring rate were taken as the indexes to optimize the discolored technology. Results The optimum decoloring conditions of saccharification liquid from broken rice was 3% active carbon, with decoloring of 40 min under 70℃. Conclusion The decoloring technology is simple, practicable and available. It can provide experimental basis for the further decoloring technology research on the glucose injection.

    注射用葡萄糖原料多以玉米为原料加工制备而成,用碎米制备注射用葡萄糖可以提高其深加工附加值。碎米制备注射用葡萄糖的过程中,其糖化液含有色素等杂质需要除去。目前,对碎米制备注射用葡萄糖的研究尚未见报道,更未见碎米糖化液的活性炭脱色工艺的研究报道。本文采用活性炭对糖化液进行脱色,在单因素的基础上进行正交试验,考察活性炭用量、加热温度及时间等因素,以期探索糖化液脱色的最适宜条件,为进一步制备注射用葡萄糖的脱色工艺研究提供实验依据。
