[摘要] 临床药师参与我院主要科室查房，在药物的选择、治疗方案的实施中为医务人员和患者提供服务，发挥药物的最佳临床治疗作用，提高患者的治疗效果，减少了药物不良反应，促进了临床合理用药，同时对临床药师自身的培养起到了积极的作用。

    [Abstract] Clinical pharmacists participate in the main department ward rounds in our hospital, provide service for both medical care personnel and patients in the choice of drugs and operation of treatment scheme, play a drug best clinical therapeutic role and enhance patients' therapeutic effect, reduce adverse drug reaction damage and promote the rational use of drug in clinic, and at the same time the clinical pharmacists in their own training play a positive role.
