骨科急诊石膏固定患者护理需求及护理干预效果研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 了解骨科急诊石膏固定患者的护理需求，探讨护理干预对治疗效果的影响。 方法 选取从2010年7月～2011年4月于我院骨科急诊就诊的、并行石膏固定的360例患者，随机将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各180例，自行设计调查表调查两组患者的护理需求，对照组常规护理，研究组根据护理需求采取相应的护理干预措施，比较两组护理效果。 结果 两组在一般资料方面差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，患者的护理需求主要集中在家属配合治疗、搬运注意事项、石膏治疗特点及功能锻炼等方面，研究组经护理干预后，其石膏折断率(38.3%)和并发症发生率(1.7%)显著低于对照组(48.9%，χ2=4.078，P = 0.043；8.3%，χ2=8.421，P = 0.004)，护理满意度显著升高。 结论 针对骨科急诊石膏固定患者护理需求所采取的护理干预措施针对性强，效果显著。

The study on nursing requirement and nursing intervention effect of emergency patients with plaster immobilization.

[Abstract] Objective To understand the nursing requirement and to explore the influence of nursing intervention on treatment efficiency of emergency patients with plaster immobilization. Methods 360 patients were collected in emergency with plaster immobilization from July 2010 to April 2011. They were randomly divided to study group and control group. Each group had 180 cases. Self-designed questionnaire was used to survey their nursing requirement. Patients in control group were given routine nursing. According to nursing requirement, the study group were taken the corresponding nursing intervention measures. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The general information of two groups had no statistical significance. The nursing requirements of patients mainly concentrated on partner treatment by family members, handling notice, plaster features and exercise functional, and so on. The broken rate (38.3%) and rate of complication (1.7%) of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (48.9%, χ2=4.078, P = 0.043; 8.3%, χ2=8.421, P = 0.004). Care satisfaction was significantly increased. Conclusion The nursing intervention aimed at nursing requirement of emergency patients with plaster immobilization has a remarkable effect.
