[摘要] 目的 评价普伐他汀对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者血压及左室肥厚(LVH)的影响。 方法 选取老年ISH患者96例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平5 mg，每日1次口服，治疗组在此基础上加用普伐他汀20 mg，每晚1次口服，疗程1年。分别在用药前后监测血压、脉压(PP)，并采用超声心动图检查评价心肌肥厚。 结果 治疗1年后，两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及PP与治疗前比较，差异均有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)，治疗组SBP及PP与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，DBP差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；治疗后两组左室重量指数(LVMI)与治疗前比较均降低，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，且治疗后两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 普伐他汀对老年ISH患者有协同降压的作用，且可缩小PP、逆转LVH，值得临床推广应用。

The effect of Pravastatin on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Pravastatin on blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension (ISH). Methods 96 patients with ISH were randomly divided into control group (n = 48) and treatment group (n = 48), both of the two groups were treated with amlodipine 5 mg, once per day, and the treatment group was added Pravastatin 20 mg, once per night. The change for blood pressure, pulse pressure (PP) and ventricular hypertrophy with echocardiography were analyzed within one year follow-up period. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and PP had significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), there was no significant difference for the diastolic blood pressure (DBP) after treatment (P > 0.05). Two groups of patients of left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the reduction in the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effect of Pravastatin on elderly patients with ISH have synergistic hypotensive effect, and it can reduce the PP, reverse LVH, it is worthy of clinical application.
