虾青素抗肝肿瘤生长的实验研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨虾青素抗肝肿瘤生长的作用及其可能的作用机制。 方法 建立Hepa 1-6荷瘤小鼠模型,根据虾青素处理浓度不同将24只小鼠分为对照组、低剂量组(10 mg/kg)、中剂量组(30 mg/kg)、高剂量组(60 mg/kg),每组各6只,观察虾青素对肿瘤生长的影响,并检测虾青素对荷瘤鼠淋巴细胞增殖和杀伤的影响。 结果 处理后第20天,对照组肿瘤体积均大于低、中、高剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01);虾青素可促进宿主脾细胞的增殖,对照组脾细胞数与中、高剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);虾青素可增强淋巴细胞对肿瘤的杀伤能力,且呈剂量依赖趋势。 结论 虾青素能够增强宿主免疫水平,具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。

    Experimental study of astaxanthin on inhibition of hepatocellular carcinoma growth

    [Abstract] Objective To assess the effects of astaxanthin on inhibition of hepatocellular carcinoma growth and to investigate the possible mechanism. Methods Hepa 1-6 tumor-bearing mice model was established, and 24 mice were divided into control group, low dose group (10 mg/kg), middle dose group (30 mg/kg) and high dose group (60 mg/kg) according to the ditferent treatments concentration of astaxanthin, each group had 6 mice. The impaction of astaxanthin on tumor growth was observed, and the impaction of astaxanthin on lymphocyte proliferation and cytotoxicity in tumor-bearing mice were analyzed. Results After treatment for 20 d, the tumor volume of control group was larger than that of low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Astaxanthin could promote the multiplication of splenocyte, the splenocyte number of control group was compared with middle and high dose groups, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Astaxanthin could enhance the killer ability of lymphocyte, which had a does-dependent tendency. Conclusion Astaxanthin treatment can increase the level of host immunity, which has a good efficacy of anti-tumors. ......
