[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤在治疗不同血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)浓度的宫外孕的疗效。 方法 选取120例宫外孕住院患者，所有患者给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。根据血β-HCG浓度不同分组，β-HCG≤2 000 U/L为A组，β-HCG>2 000 U/L且≤5 000 U/L为B组，β-HCG>5 000 U/L为C组，统计各组患者的治疗效果及不良反应，比较各组的差异。 结果 120例患者，成功109例，总治愈率为90.83%。其中，A+B组98例，成功92例，治愈率为93.88%；C组22例，成功17例，治愈率为77.27%，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。A组58例，成功55例，治愈率为94.83%；B组40例，成功37例，治愈率为92.50%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕疗效显著，在β-HCG≤5 000 U/L时，效果更加明显。

Observation of curative effect on Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy in different concentration of blood β-HCG

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy in different concentration of blood β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG). Methods 120 hospitalized patients with ectopic pregnancy were choose and all patients were taken oral Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate. According to different concentration of blood β-HCG, β-HCG≤2 000 U/L was group A, β-HCG>2 000 U/L and ≤5 000 U/L was group B, β-HCG>5 000 U/L was group C, the treatment effect and adverse reactions were summarized and the differences among all groups were compared. Results In 120 cases, 109 cases were healed, the total cure rate was 90.83%. In 98 cases of group A+B, 92 cases were healed, the cure rate was 93.88%; in 22 cases of group C, 17 cases were healed, the cure rate was 77.27%, with significant differences (P < 0.05). In 58 cases of group A, 55 cases were healed, the cure rate was 94.83%; in 40 cases of group B, 37 cases were healed, the cure rate was 92.50%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05).
