血清前列腺特异性抗原、游离前列腺特异性抗原水平与前列腺增生症相关性探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)与前列腺增生症(BPH)之间的临床相关性,探讨PSA水平升高的相关因素。 方法 回顾性分析112例BPH手术患者的临床资料,对血清PSA、fPSA与BPH患者的年龄、前列腺体积(PV)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)等进行相关性分析。 结果 PSA<4 μg/L 48例(42.9%),PSA 4~10 μg/L 41例(36.6%),PSA>10 μg/L 23例(20.5%),血清PSA、fPSA水平与年龄、PV、IPSS均呈正相关关系(r = 0.31、0.57、0.20;0.36、0.63、0.22,均P < 0.05),并且与血清PSA相比,fPSA与PV的相关性更强。血清PSA、fPSA水平与QOL评分无相关性(r = 0.14、0.17,均P > 0.05)。 结论 前列腺体积增大、高龄和高IPSS评分是接受手术治疗BPH患者血清PSA、fPSA升高的主要相关因素。

    Study of the relationship between different serum prostate specific antigen, free PSA levels and benign prostatic hyperplasia

    [Abstract] Objective To study of relationship between serum PSA, free PSA levels and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and the correlated factors about the serum PSA in the BPH patients. Methods A total of 112 inpatients with BPH who had received operation were analyzed retrospectively. The PSA, free PSA, patient age, prostate volume, IPSS and QOL score were analyzed. Results The levels of serum PSA in 48 cases (42.9%) were less than 4 μg/L, 41 cases (36.6%) were 4-10 μg/L, and 23 cases (20.5%) were over 10 μg/L. The serum PSA, free PSA level and patient age, prostate volume, IPSS were positively correlated (r = 0.31, 0.57, 0.20; 0.36, 0.63, 0.22, all P < 0.05), and the serum free PSA compared to the PSA showed a stronger relationship with PV. The serum PSA, free PSA level and QOL score did not have correlated (r = 0.14, 0.17, all P > 0.05). Conclusion Among these related factors affecting serum PSA and free PSA levels, the enlarged prostate volume, high age and high IPSS score are considered to be the main correlation factors.
