脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳贴治疗脑梗死后癫痫的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 比较脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压治疗与单用西药治疗脑梗死后癫痫的疗效差异。 方法 将60例脑梗死后癫痫患者随机分为脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压组(治疗组)和西药组(对照组)，每组各30例。治疗组给予脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳贴治疗，对照组给予西药治疗，比较两组治疗后癫痫改善情况。 结果 治疗组总有效率为83.3%，明显优于对照组的30.0%(P < 0.05)。两组治疗后脑电图比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P = 0.012)。 结论 脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳穴贴压治疗脑梗死后癫痫疗效肯定，总有效率优于西药治疗，且副作用小。

Clinical observation of Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy on Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point with Western medicine in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with epilepsy after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point group (treatment group) and Western medicine group (control group), each group had 30 cease. Treatment group was given Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point; control group was given only Western medicine, improvement of epilepsy after cerebral infarction of two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 83.3%, which was significantly better than that of control group (30.0%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Naomaitai Capsule combined with therapy of magnetic beads ear point in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction has a good curative effect, the total efficiency is superior to Western medicine treatment, and has little side effects.

脑血管病继发癫痫的发生情况较为复杂，可能在急性期的脑血管病中，也可能在中风几年之后发生，而癫痫的发生是以脑缺血或者脑出血的形式多见，该病反复发作，对患者的脑部损伤巨大，结果导致致残率和死亡率都较高，患者及其家庭的生活质量受到严重影响。本次研究是针对临床应用脑脉泰胶囊合磁珠耳贴的治疗手段对脑梗死继发癫痫给予治疗，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2009年1月~2011年10月我院60例脑梗死后继发癫痫的住院患者，所有患者接受抗癫痫药物治疗>2年，且药物治疗系统性，而月平均发作次数>4次 ......
