人声语音定时提醒系统在护理中的应用效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 设计开发“人声语音定时提醒”软件系统应用于临床护理工作，解决护理工作中需定时执行的医嘱、容易遗漏或延迟执行的问题，并对其效果进行观察。 方法 利用计算机语言合成(TTS)技术合成人声语音进行定时提醒。对使用提醒系统前后的执行医嘱遗漏数量、执行医嘱延迟时间、护理人员的满意度进行统计。 结果 提醒系统使用后医嘱遗漏执行明显减少(P < 0.05)，医嘱延迟执行时间也明显缩短(P < 0.01)。护理人员对语音提醒系统的满意度显著提高(P < 0.05)。 结论 “人声语音定时提醒”拟人化地用人声语音进行定时提醒使各种提示报警音易于辨识，且能准确及时提醒护士某时该做某项护理或治疗，有效减少了护理工作的差错和遗漏发生。

The application and its effect observation of regularly reminded human voice system in nursing

[Abstract] Objective To design and develop "regularly reminded human voice" software system in clinical nursing work, to solve the doctor's advice be executed easy omission or delay and observe its clinical effect. Methods The author put forward the nurse should be regularly reminded by the synthesized human voice with computer TTS technology. Before and after using of the reminded human voice system, the data such as the missed number of doctor's orders, execution delay time, and nursing staff satisfaction were analyzed. Results After use of the reminded human voice system, the missed number of doctor's orders decreased significantly (P < 0.05), execution delay time decreased significantly (P < 0.01), nursing staff satisfaction increased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synthesized human voice reminds all sorts of prompt sound easy to identify, and it is accurate and timely. The regularly reminded human voice system effectively reduces errors and omissions of the nursing work.

目前，在临床护理工作中往往采用治疗卡记录方式来保证各患者不同的治疗得到执行，但这种提醒方式需人工主动去关注，在大量的护理工作中容易造成遗漏或错过时间，从而影响患者的治疗效果，甚至会引起医疗差错和事故[1-2]。笔者利用计算机语言合成(text to speech，TTS)技术，研制了“人声语音定时提醒”软件系统，拟人化地用人声语音进行定时提醒护士某时该做某项护理或治疗。2010年10月~2011年1月对使用该系统的前后效果进行对比观察，效果令人满意。
1 资料与方法
1.1 软件系统开发
系统硬件部分采用计算机板载声卡，多媒体音箱(或病区广播系统)。软件运行环境为Windows XP以上的平台，开发工具为VB 6.0，采用医院HIS系统的SQL Server数据库作为数据源。选用Neo Speech语音库的Lily语音引擎。该语音引擎为汉语普通话女声，可朗读简体、繁体中文 ......
