盐酸戊乙奎醚在控制性降压中对心率和血压影响的临床观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 比较盐酸戊乙奎醚和阿托品在控制性降压中对心率、血压的影响。 方法 选择年龄18~45岁择期手术的患者30例,分为盐酸戊乙奎醚组15例(应用盐酸戊乙奎醚1.0 mg)、阿托品组15例(应用阿托品0.5 mg),麻醉前肌注,然后实施全麻醉插管。观察给药前、给药后30 min和控制性降压后填塞含0.01%肾上腺素棉条后5、15、30 min及术毕拔管时即刻及拨管后2 min各时点心率、血压变化。 结果 肌注30 min时盐酸戊乙奎醚组较阿托品组具有显著的心率稳定作用(P < 0.05);填塞含0.01%肾上腺素棉条后各时点及术毕苏醒后拔管即刻阿托品组心率明显快于盐酸戊乙奎醚组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。给药30 min后及拔管即刻基础收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)阿托品组与盐酸戊乙奎醚组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。填塞含0.01%肾上腺素棉条时各时点的收缩压,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),而舒张压仅30 min时两组差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),其他两个时间差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚具有显著的心率稳定作用,但其对填塞含肾上腺素棉条后的心率稳定与盐酸戊乙奎醚对M2受体无明显作用之间是否相关,还需进一步研究。

    Clinical observation about influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride on heart rate and blood pressure in controlled hypotension

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride on heart rate and blood pressure in controlled hypotension. Methods 30 patients undergoing elective surgery aged 18 to 45 were chosen, and they were divided into penehyclidine hydrochloride group (penehyclidine hydrochloride 1.0 mg), atropine group (atropine 0.5 mg), the medicine was intramuscular injected before anesthesia, then carried out cannula under general anesthesia, the change of heart rate and blood pressure were observed before dosed, 30 min after dosed, tamped sliver with 0.01% adrenergic on 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, decannulation immediate and after 2 min. Results Compared with atropine group, there was significant stabilizing heart rate after intramuscular injected 30 min in penehyclidine hydrochloride group (P < 0.05), the heart rate of atropine group was obviously faster than that of penehyclidiner hydrochloride group when tamped sliver with 0.01% adrenergic and decannulation immediate (P < 0 ......
