[摘要] 目的 了解武汉市东西湖区社区居民健康状况，为社区干预研究提供对策。 方法 2008年10月~2009年7月对武汉市东西湖区吴家山街6个居委会18岁以上常住居民采用整群随机抽样方法，通过问卷进行社区居民健康调查，并对部分居民进行体检。 结果 武汉市东西湖区18岁以上常驻居民中高血压患病率为19.52%，而且随年龄增长患病率逐渐升高，糖尿病的患病率为8.3%，糖尿病前期的患病率为13.8%，血脂异常率为43.1%，异常心电图检出率为38.9%。 结论 武汉市东西湖区与生活方式有关的慢性病患病率较高，应加强对居民生活方式的干预和相关的慢性病管理,提高社区居民健康水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the health status of residents in Dongxihu district of Wuhan city, in order to provide measures for community intervention. Methods A stratified random sampling was conducted among inhabitants over 18 years old, and the questionnaire was used and partial health examination was taken among six residents committees in Wujiashang street, Dongxihu district of Wuhan city from October 2008 to July 2009. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 19.52% in inhabitants over 18 years old in Dongxihu district of Wuhan city. The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus and prediabetic state was 8.3% and 13.8%. The dyslipdemia was 43.1%. The ECG abnormal was 38.9%. Conclusion The prevalence rate of chronic diseases related to life style in Dongxihu district of Wuhan city is higher. The health status of residents should be improved by strengthening the management of chronic diseases which related to the life style.
