[摘要] 目的 为改善帕金森患者家属的健康状况，探讨心理干预对帕金森患者家属的影响。 方法 将60例帕金森患者家属随机分为心理干预组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组予以心理干预加常规护理；采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)和焦虑自评问卷(SAS)分别于心理干预前后对两组患者家属进行评定并作组间比较；所得数据通过SPSS 11.5统计软件采用t检验等方法进行统计分析。 结果 ①心理干预前，两组患者家属SDS评分和SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t = 0.069 1，P > 0.05；t = 0.378 3，P > 0.05)；②实施心理干预后，两组患者家属SDS评分和SAS评分的比较均有高度统计学意义(t = 8.702 8，P < 0.01；t = 5.594 4，P < 0.01)；③干预组患者家属SDS评分和SAS评分在干预前后均有高度统计学意义(t = 11.409 2，P < 0.01；t = 6.309 2，P < 0.01)，而对照组患者家属均无统计学意义(t = 1.808 5，P > 0.05；t = 1.979 4，P > 0.05)。 结论 心理干预能有效改善帕金森患者家属的健康状况。

[Abstract] Objective To improve the health of the family members of patients with Parkinson's disease, to explore the effects of psychological intervention on the family members of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods 60 cases of the family members of patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with each group of 30 cases.
