腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后双极电凝止血、缝合法止血对卵巢功能的影响比较(3)
综上所述，双极电凝止血会降低卵巢的储备功能，对卵巢造成一定的损伤，因此，笔者主张少用电凝止血，以免引起卵巢早衰。
