腹腔镜联合药物对子宫内膜异位症患者手术前后IFN-r/IL-4的影响机制研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨应用腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效，从而进一步探讨其二者对子宫内膜异位症患者免疫功能的机制的影响。 方法 入选确诊的64例子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分为研究组30例(腹腔镜联合药物治疗)和对照组34例(腹腔镜治疗)。 结果 研究组的总有效率为100.00%(30/30)，对照组的总有效率为79.41%(27/34)，研究组的疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组的各项免疫功能指标(IFN-r、IL-4、IFN-r/IL-4)治疗后的第1、3、12个月均较治疗前、正常健康组及对照组明显改善(P < 0.05)，对照组治疗前后未见明显异常，两组治疗后不同时间分别比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切，且能明显改善患者的免疫功能异常情况，值得推广和应用。

Immune function mechanism of Laparoscopy combined with drugs for patients with endometriosis

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate efficacy of laparoscopic combined with drug treatment endometriosis, and further to explore the affect on immune function mechanisms of endometriosis. Methods All 64 selected examples which diagnosed endometriosis were randomized to study group (laparoscopy combined drug treatment, n = 30) and control group (laparoscopic surgery, n = 34). Results The total rate of the study group[100.00% (30/30)] was significantly higher than the control group[79.41% (27/34)], the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The immune function indicators (IFN-r, IL-4, IFN-r/IL-4) of the research group of after treatment 1,3,12 months was significant improved compared with pre-treatment, normal group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), but there was no significant differences between pre-treatment and post- treatment of control group. After treatment, there was significant differences between the two groups in different time (P < 0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic combined with drugs treatment endometriosis is effective, and can significantly improve the patient's immune dysfunction, should be promoted and applied ......
