[摘要] 目的 研究优质护理服务对寻常型银屑病患者心理状态及其疗效的影响。 方法 选取在我院治疗的寻常型银屑病患者50例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各25例，两组临床治疗相同，试验组同时实施优质护理服务。分别于入院24 h内和治疗8周后对两组采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评，并观察两组的疗效。 结果 试验组实施优质护理服务后，SCL-90各因子分明显降低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)；治疗总有效率试验组为96%，对照组为88%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 优质护理服务能够改善银屑病患者的心理状态，并促进银屑病患者的康复。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of quality care on the mental state and treatment results of patients with psoriasis. Methods 50 cases of psoriasis vulgaris treated in the authors’ hospital were randomly assigned to experiment and control groups. Both groups received the same clinical treatment, while patients in the experiment group were given concurrent quality care. Patients were assessed symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90) respectively within 24 hours of admission and 8 weeks after treatment and treatment efficacy of both groups were observed. Results After the implementation of quality care, the SCL-90 factor scores decreased significantly in the experiment group and the decrease was significantly different from that of control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); the total effective rate of the experiment group was 96% and was 88% in the control group, the difference was statistcally significant (P < 0 ......
