[摘要] 目的 分析2006～2011年南京市无偿献血者人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况。 方法 对2006～2011年436 672名无偿献血者血液标本采用ELISA法进行抗-HIV/HIV-P24初筛检测，初筛有反应性标本送疾病预防控制中心进行确证检测。 结果 436 672例无偿献血者中抗-HIV/HIV-24初筛有反应性543例，确证阳性43例；抗-HIV/HIV-P24与HBsAg、TP感染分别为1例和9例。 结论 南京地区无偿献血者HIV感染率较低，但呈上升趋势，且已从高危人群向普通人群扩散。

Prevalence of HIV among blood donors in Nanjing from 2006 to 2011

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the prevalence of HIV among blood donors in Nanjing from 2006 to 2011. Methods A total of 436 672 blood donors were screened using ELISA kit for the presence of anti-HIV/HIV P24 antigen from 2006 to 2011. All samples tested positive by ELISA were tested by confirmatory assay in Nanjing Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results Of 436 672 blood donors, 543 donors were positive by ELISA and 43 were positive by confirmatory assay. Of these donors, 1 donor was co-infective in HBV and 9 were in Treponema Pallidun. Conclusion The rate of the HIV infection among blood donors in Nanjing, though comparatively low, shows an update tendency. Besides, HIV is spreading from high-risk groups to the general population.

《中华人民共和国献血法》的颁布实施，促进了我国无偿献血事业的发展。随着无偿献血宣传的深入开展，人们对无偿献血逐步有了正确认识，无偿献血人数逐年增多。为确保医疗用血的质量，保证临床用血安全有效，最大限度防止经输血传播人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)，笔者对2006～2011年无偿献血人群抗-HIV/HIV-P24的检测结果进行调查和分析，现报道如下：
1 对象与方法

2006～2011年南京市436 672例经体检筛查合格的无偿献血者，年龄18～55周岁。
