[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在经尿道前列腺汽化电切患者围术期的应用，旨在提高护理质量。 方法 选取2010年1月～2011年6月我院82例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)的老年患者。将其随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(38例)。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予舒适护理。分析观察组及对照组患者的临床资料，对两组患者膀胱痉挛、术后疼痛及满意度等指标进行客观评估。 结果 观察组患者行舒适护理收到满意效果，在术后膀胱痉挛、疼痛及患者满意度指标与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 通过把舒适护理全程应用于经尿道前列腺汽化电切患者围术期，可以有效地消除患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧等负面心理反应，达到使患者积极主动配合手术，降低手术并发症的发生，提高患者满意度。

Application of comfort care on patients treated by transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate in perioperative period

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of comfort care on patients treated by transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate (TUVP) in the perioperative period in order to improve the quality of care. Methods 82 cases of senile patients underwent TUVP in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (38 cases). Control group received conventional and observation group received comfort care. Clinical data of both groups was analyzed to conduct an objective assessment of indicators including bladder spasm, postoperative pain and patient satisfaction. Results Patients receiving comfort care had satisfactory results, with significantly better outcomes in bladder spasm, pain and patient satisfaction than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of comfort care through the entire perioperative period of TUVP patients can effectively alleviate the tension, anxiety, fear and other negative psychological reactions of the patients, which help patients to actively cooperate with the surgery ......
