[摘要] 目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床价值及优越性。 方法 回顾性分析2010年12月～2011年6月在我科接受治疗的96例腹部沟疝患者的临床资料，观察疝环充填式无张力疝修补术(观察组)与传统Bassini疝修补术(对照组)治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果、并发症及复发率情况，并进行对比分析。 结果 两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；观察组下床活动时间及平均住院时间均明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有纺左学意义(P < 0.05、< 0.01)；观察组并发症发生率、止痛药物使用率及复发率均明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。 结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹部沟疝具有创伤小、恢复快、复发率低等优点，可作为目前治疗腹股沟疝的一种较佳手术方式。

Study of clinical efficacy and safety of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value and superiority of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 96 patients with abdominal ditch hernia treated in our department from December 2010 to June 2011, clinical results, complications and recurrence rate of the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair (observation group) and the conventional Bassini hernia repair (control group) were observed and comparatively analyzed. Results Both operative time was no significant difference (P > 0.05); getting out of bed time and average length of stay of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, which had significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05 or 0.01); complications, pain medication usage rate and the recurrence rate of the observed group were significantly lower than those of the control group, which were significantly different (P < 0.01). Conclusion For the treatment of abdominal ditch, hernia hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair has less trauma, quicker recovery, low relapse rate, which can be used as a better surgical approach.
