指导接受伊马替尼治疗的男性慢性髓系白血病患者成功生育1例(2)
综上所述，笔者认为男性CML患者接受TIK治疗期间受孕未明显增加子女畸形风险。本例成功受孕的个案带来很好的启示，随着CML患者生存质量的提供，正确指导受孕、妊娠具有重要的临床意义。
