综上所述，血清NT-pro-BNP、BNP及ST2水平随着心功能分级的递增而逐渐升高，三者联合使用可为客观评价心力衰竭患者诊断及指导预后提供理论依据，且三者联合检测对心力衰竭的诊断价值更高。虽然在个别标识物的使用上仍存在争议，相信随着对其机制的研究及大样本多中心研究的深入，最终量化适合中国人的具体指标，可进一步成为心力衰竭诊断、治疗及指导预后的标准。
