[摘要] 目的 研究ICU综合征发生的基础疾病危险因素。 方法 将首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院2008年1月～2013年6月ICU收治的1560例患者，根据有无发生ICU综合征分为病例组结论 ICU患者发生ICU综合征的危险因素包括年龄、脑血管病变和药物中毒等基础病、术后并发症等。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze underlying diseases risk factors of ICU syndrome. Methods From January 2008 to June 2013， 1560 patients treated in ICU of Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected， and divided into study group (298 cases) and control group (1262 cases) depended on whether they suffered ICU syndrome.
