     [摘要] 目的 探讨适宜的提肛运动在痔吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后肛门坠胀治疗中的作用，为更好地提高PPH患者的生活质量提供参考。 方法 选取2011年10月～2013年10月在诸城市中医院确诊为混合痔Ⅲ、Ⅳ度，且因行PPH术而出现肛门坠胀患者200例，随机将其分为两组，观察组100例，对照组100例，两组患者入院后第5天起行手术治疗，对照组给予术后常规抗生素抗感染治疗；观察组患者于术后常规治疗并于第3天行提肛运动。3个月后对患者行指标观察，包括患者出现肛门坠胀的时间、肛门坠胀程度、坠胀持续时间、控便能力及急便感。
