[摘要] 目的 探讨生大黄脐疗改善直肠癌患者永久性结肠造口功能的效果。 实验组71.11%的患者形成规律性排便，显著高于对照组的15.56%，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)。 结论 生大黄脐疗能有效改善直肠癌患者结肠造口的功能。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of rhubarb navel therapy on improving the function of colostomy in rectal cancer patients. Methods 90 patients with rectal cancer who underwent colostomy in Jianyang Integrated TCM Hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected. 45 cases underwent rhubarb navel therapy 15 days after the operation (experiment group)， while another 45 cases only received the routine careConclusion The rhubarb navel therapy can significantly improve the function of colostomy in patients with rectal cancer.
