七年制医学生临床教学体会(1)
[摘要] 临床教学是医学生培养过程中的关键阶段。如何在提高七年制医学生临床实践能力的同时，增强其心理素质和医患沟通能力，培养综合型医学人才，是首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院近年来探索的主要问题。本文主要从提高临床实践能力、加强抗压能力、增强医患沟通能力三方面探讨笔者在临床教学管理中的体会。
