大型综合医院重点学科建设发展的战略模式(1)

     [摘要] 大型综合医院重点学科建设发展的战略模式，主要包括持续投入、资源整合、内外联合、专业细分、中西医结合、接收引进等。选择科学合理的战略模式，可以使重点学科履行宗旨与满足需求相统一，把握机遇与持续管理相结合，人才梯队与科研能力相促进，质量提升与安全管控相支撑，服务改进与品牌铸造相推动，更好推动医院建设发展。
