镇痛药物在宫颈癌患者治疗中的合理应用(1)

     [摘要] 为了探讨临床药师在宫颈癌患者止痛治疗中的作用，本课题组通过参与1例宫颈癌患者阿片类止痛药物剂量滴定方案的制订与调整，为患者提供个体化的药学服务。通过干预患者的止痛药物治疗，患者疼痛得到有效控制，不良反应有效缓解，降低了药品费用，提高了用药依从性，从而为深入临床直接为癌痛患者提供个体化的药学服务，保证患者的用药安全，提供有力保障。
