[摘要] 目的 从黄草乌的根部分离鉴定内生真菌。 方法 利用PDA培养基进行黄草乌根部内生真菌的分离与纯化，根据菌落的形态特征并结合真菌的ITS序列进行菌株鉴定。 结果 从黄草乌根部共分离到内生真菌52株，鉴定为20属34种，绝大部分属于子囊菌门，其中镰刀菌属和青霉菌属为优势属。 结论 黄草乌根部的内生真菌具有多样性，可作为潜在的资源供药物筛选。
