[摘要] 科技发展、社会进步和医学模式转变对高等医学教育提出了新的要求，培养基础知识扎实、适应能力强、有创新意识的药学专业人才成为现阶段药学高等教育的主要目标。本文提出了多元化构建教学实践平台，培养创新型应用型药学专业人才模式的改革措施并付诸实践，为药学人才培养模式的创新性研究打下必要基础。
