步长脑心通胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 觀察步长脑心通胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。 方法 收集2014年10月～2016年1月在海南省中医院心内科门诊及住院部治疗的64例稳定型心绞痛患者，并采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各32例。对照组给予冠心病常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用步长脑心通胶囊。治疗8周后，观察两组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、日常硝酸甘油的用量及心电图疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。 结果 治疗后两组患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前显著减少(P < 0.05)，且治疗组减少的幅度更大，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组心电图疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为84.3%，对照组总有效率为51.6%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后两组患者TC、TG、LDL、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著下降(P < 0.05)，且治疗组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 步长脑心通胶囊能降低稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及hs-CRP水平，抑制动脉内炎症，稳定斑块，从而减少心绞痛发作次数及持续时间，改善心电图心肌缺血的情况，预防慢性稳定型心绞痛的恶性进展。

Methods Sixty-four patients with stable angina pectoris treated in Outpatient and Inpatient Department of Cardiology in Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to January 2016 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method， with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy of coronary heart disease， on basis of conventional therapy， the treatment group was added with Buchang Naoxintong Capsules. After treatment for 8 weeks， the attack frequency， persistent time of angina pectoris， the daily dosage of Nitroglycerin， and electrocardiogram effect of the two groups were observed， the changes of total cholesterol (TC)， triglyceride (TG)， low density lipoprotein (LDL)， and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment， the attack frequency， persistent time of angina pectoris， the daily dosage of Nitroglycerin in two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05)， and the decreased range in the treatment group was more bigger than that of control group， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Comparing the electrocardiogram effect， the total effective rate of treatment group was 84.3%， which of control group was 51.6%， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment， the levels of TC， TG ， LDL and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05)， and the decreased range in the treatment group was more bigger than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong Capsules can reduce the levels of blood lipids and hs-CRP of patients with stable angina pectoris， inhibit arterial inflammation， stabilize the plaque， so as to reduce the attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris， improve the myocardial ischemia of electrocardiogram， and prevent malignant progress of chronic stable angina pectoris., http://www.100md.com(郑晰 张永杰)
