[摘要] 胃癌是我國消化道常见的恶性肿瘤，在我国恶性肿瘤的发病中占第3位，严重影响了人们的生体健康。氧化苦参碱是从中草药苦豆子及苦参根中提取的，是一类苦参次碱-15-酮化合物，其对肿瘤细胞具有显著的抑制作用。维生素C是一种具有多种生物学功能的水溶性己糖衍生物，是天然的抗氧化剂，对肿瘤的发生有预防作用。本文对氧化苦参碱联合维生素C抑制胃癌细胞增殖进行综述。
