[摘要] 帕金森病(PD)是以黑质多巴胺神经元变性、缺失及路易小体的形成为主要病理特点的一种中枢神经系统变性疾病。PD在中老年人发病率较高，且病程长，严重影响患者的生活质量。PD早期临床表现多样，起病隐匿，容易误诊漏诊。随着医学技术的进步，通过早期识别PD的临床表现以及早期影像学改变，从而提高对PD的早期诊断，具有重要意义。
