[摘要] 脑梗死一直在我国疾病谱的前3位，是具有高致残率和高致死率的神经系统常见疾病之一。近年来，关于侧支循环的影响因素、评估与治疗手段以及中医药介入的研究，使侧支循环的认识逐渐丰富，从而使脑梗死的治疗增加了重要的手段，明显地降低了患者的病死率和残障程度。
