[摘要] 高血压造成的终末期肾病居原发性肾小球疾病和糖尿病肾病之后，位列第3位，与患者死亡率密切相关，因而受到研究者高度关注。本文查阅高血压肾损害相关文献后对高血压肾损害机制、早期检测指标及治疗进行综述，旨在预防及延缓高血压肾损害的发生、发展。

    [Abstract] The end-stage renal disease is the third disease caused by high blood pressure， closely after primary glomerular disease and diabetic nephropathy， moreover， renal impairment in hypertension has close relationship with death rate of patients， so it attracts great attention of researchers. This article sums up mechanism of hypertensive renal impairment and early detection and treatment. The aim of this article is to prevent and delay the occurrence and development of hypertensive renal damage.
