基于以上讨论，免疫功能的紊乱在AS的发病过程中起一定的作用，淋巴细胞亚群、Treg细胞的检测可作为AS的重要诊断指标。适当提高Treg细胞水平和降低B细胞活性，可能对AS患者的治疗有重要的意义，这给临床对AS的治疗提供了新的思路。
