[摘要] 通识教育是历史悠久、育人效果良好的教育形式。医学教育的专业性强，学习负担较重，通识教育课程开设的效果不理想。本文分析了医学院校开展通识教育的意义和条件，并以医学专业课程、学生基本能力训练和实验室训练的教学实践为基础，阐述了分散融合式通识教育的观点与实施心得。通识教育在医学院校完全可以开展，且能够促进学生的研究性学习的能力，有利于医科学生未来的发展。
