[摘要] 恶性肿瘤是导致人类死亡的重要因素之一。恶性肿瘤的发生与某特定基因的异常表达密切相关。microRNA-125b(miR-125b)是一个非编码的小RNA分子，它在不同的生物学变化中均有举足轻重的地位。越来越多的研究显示对某些特定恶性肿瘤的诊断，miR-125b或许能作为其先进的生物标志，并且可能成为其医学治疗的潜在新靶点。根据miR-125b与肿瘤之间关系的最新研究成果，综述其在细胞增殖、耐药、侵袭转移及凋亡等多个方面对肿瘤的发生发展产生的具体影响。
