[摘要] 医院精神是医院发展的软实力，是增强医院凝聚力、文化感召力、整合多元价值观念，以及深入推动医药分开综合改革顺利实施的重要手段和途径。随着医院内外环境的不断变化和时代的不断发展，必须与时俱进，不断丰富和完善医院精神。文章以首都医科大学宣武医院为例，介绍了在新的时代背景和管理要求下，与时俱进涵养医院精神的必要性、实践探索、取得的成效以及经验思考。
