抑郁症患者述情障碍、心理韧性和自杀意念的关系(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨抑郁症患者述情障碍、心理韧性和自殺意念的特点及关系，为自杀的预防和干预提供依据。 方法 2014年10～12月，采用自杀意念量表、述情障碍量表、心理韧性量表对河北省唐山市第五医院及开滦精神卫生中心两家专科精神病医院115例青年(18～40岁)及中老年(>40～65岁)抑郁症患者进行调查。主要研究不同性别、年龄段的抑郁症患者在述情障碍、心理韧性及自杀意念上的差异；述情障碍、心理韧性及自杀意念的关系；述情障碍及心理韧性对自杀意念的预测作用。 结果 ①不同性别的抑郁症患者在述情障碍、心理韧性及自杀意念上的得分比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；不同年龄段抑郁症患者在心理韧性及自杀意念上的得分比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，但中老年组抑郁症患者述情障碍得分高于青年组(P < 0.05)。②述情障碍总分与心理韧性总分呈负相关(P < 0.01)，述情障碍与自杀意念总分及各因子均呈正相关(P < 0.01)。心理韧性总分与自杀意念总分及各因子分均呈负相关(P < 0.01)。③中介效应检验可知，述情障碍对自杀意念的直接效应显著(β=0.533，P < 0.01)，心理韧性中介变量对自杀意念的预测作用显著(β=-0.186，P < 0.01)，中介效应占总效应的13.34%。 结论 心理韧性能有效帮助抑郁症患者表达情绪及感受，对防止自杀意念及行为出现至关重要。

Association of alexithymia， resilience and suicidal ideation among depressive patients

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the characteristics and relationship between alexithymia， resilience and suicidal ideation in patients with depression， aiming at providing the basis for suicide prevention and intervention. Methods From October to December in 2014， the Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale， Toronto Alexithymia Scale and Connor-Davdson Resilience Scale were investigated in 115 young (18-40 years old) and the elderly (>40～65 years old) patients with depression from two specialized psychiatric hospitals of the Fifth Hospital of Tangshan and Kailuan Mental Health Center in Hebei Province， the differences of different gender and age of patients with depression in alexithymia， resilience and self-rating idea of suicide； the relationship between alexithymia， resilience and self-rating idea of suicide； the prediction of self-rating idea of suicide by alexithymia and resilience were studied. Results ①There was no difference between different gender in alexithymia， resilience and suicidal ideation (P > 0.05). There was no difference between different ages in resilience and suicidal ideation(P > 0.05)， while the score of alexithymia in the elderly group was higher than that in the young group (P < 0.05). ②There was a significant negetive correlation between the total score of alexithymia and resilience (P < 0.01)， positive correlation between alexithymia， suicidal ideation scores and the factors (P < 0.01)， negative correlation between the total score of resilience and the total score and factor score of suicidal ideation (P < 0.01). ③The mediator effect test shows that the direct effect of alexithymia on suicidal ideation was significant (β=0.533， P < 0.01)， the prediction of resilience on suicide ideation was also significant (β=-0.186， P < 0.01)， and the rate of mediation effect was 13.34%.
