综上所述，维吾尔族胆囊结石症患者存在脂代谢异常，其中血清CHOL、TG、APO-B含量异常尤为显著。维吾尔族单纯性胆囊结石女性患者脂代谢异常较男性患者突出，可能与维吾尔族人群膳食模式和生活习惯有关。
