基于中医学科优势与特色的信息管理与信息系统专业应用型人才培养体系的构建与实践(1)

     [摘要] 目前,全國共42所医学院校(中医院校9所)设立了信息管理与信息系统专业。在设立该专业的中医药院校中,由于人才培养目标定位不准,导致人才培养模式未能充分满足经济社会与中医药领域发展的需求;其主干学科的多维性(经济学、管理学、计算机科学与技术及中医药学科背景),使得课程体系难以融合成特色鲜明的有机整体;同时,信息管理理论与信息系统技术在中医药领域已成为重要的支撑和保障,迫切期待具有较高的实践能力、应用创新能力和综合素质的人才。山东中医药大学信息管理与信息系统专业自2006年设立以来,提出了突出特色、融汇创新的教育理念,在培养方案、课程体系、理论与实践教学模式、教学基础支撑平台等方面进行了研究和创新,完善了知识学习、实践验证、实习实训的“三阶段渗透”课程教学模式,形成了中医文献、中医信息、信息技术、信息管理多元导向的实践教学模式,建设了多途径强化的创新创业平台,形成了纵横相贯的应用型培养体系和完善、系统的应用型人才培养体系。

    Construction and practice of education system for information management and information system major based on advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine subject

    [Abstract] At present, 42 medical colleges and universities in China (9 Chinese medicine colleges) have set up the information management and information system major. In the Chinese medicine colleges, unclear students training target causes the mismatching between students′ training and the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Because of the multidimensional main courses (economics, management, computer science and background courses of TCM), the curriculum system is disintegrated. At the same time, the theory of information management and information system technology has become an important support and protection in the field of TCM that calls for students with the ability of practice, application and innovation. Since the establishment of information management and information system specialty in 2006, the education idea of highlighting characteristic and innovation were put forward, and the college carried out some research and innovation in the training project, curriculum system, teaching mode, theory, practice and support platform, having improved the “three stage penetration” courses teaching mode of knowledge learning. Course practice and job practice, formed the “multi-leading” practice teaching mode such as Chinese literature, Chinese medicine information, information technology, information management.
