[摘要] 急性肾盂肾炎是指各种病原微生物在尿路中生长、繁殖而引起的上尿路炎症性疾病，而肾脓肿则是肾盂肾炎常见的严重并发症之一。为进一步了解肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿常见的发病诱因、发病机制及其治疗方法，本文报道吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的1例急性肾盂肾炎并发肾脓肿患者，进一步总结肾盂肾炎合并肾脓肿的临床治疗经验。
