[摘要] 帕金森病病机以虚为主，虚可生痰生瘀，故痰瘀为其重要病理因素。痰瘀为脏腑虚损的病理产物，痰瘀形成阻于经络，致肝风内动，脑髓、筋脉失养，出现运动障碍、肢体震颤等症。因虚生瘀，因瘀益虚，瘀浊不去，则虚损难补。故祛瘀化痰法在帕金森病的治疗中至关重要，临床治疗帕金森病应重视祛瘀化痰药的应用。
