[摘要] 腕管综合征是腕部正中神经受到卡压而引起的一种神经病症。腕管的解剖结构使得腕横韧带增厚时容易压迫正中神经从而引发腕管综合征。对于轻中度腕管综合征，针刀治疗比其他治疗更有优势。针刀通过松解腕横韧带释放腕管压力治疗腕管综合征。本文主要从近几年腕管的解剖、针刀的治疗和针刀治疗的机制三方面论述相关研究进展。

    [Abstract] Carpal tunnel syndrome is a neurological disorder caused by the compression of the median nerve in the wrist.
